- Food for travelling
- Activity = Create a complete day diet using your favourite foods
Lecture 4 - Eating Patterns
- When should you eat on a daily basis ?
- When to eat when you are competing & training ?
- What should you be eating ?
- Activity = Create a plan for when you should eat on the competition day
