  • Activity = Create a competition da diet using your favourite foods

  • Good / Bad ones on the market
  • What should we be looking for in a drink ?
  • How do sports drinks benefit an athlete & when are they appropriate
  • How to make your own
  • Activity = Taste test

Lecture 4 - Supplements

  • Creatine
  • Protein
  • Vitamins
  • Caffeine
  • Altitude / Blood doping
  • Other Supplements
  • What to avoid before a competition
  • Activity = In groups discuss what you believe would benefit your sport and how
